Dear Kiwanis Member,

On behalf of KI-E President Josy Glatigny, I'm pleased to invite you to the second KI-E Extraordinary General Assembly.

As mentioned at the 57th European Convention, since at the latter the necessary quorum was not reached to vote on the new KI-E articles of association, as a Luxembourg A.S.B.L. we are legally obliged to organize a second Extraordinary General Assembly.

The second KI-E Extraordinary General Assembly will take place as follows:

• on Saturday, 12 October 2024
• from 14:00 to 15:00
• in Restaurant "de Bräiläffel"
  2 Rue du Moulin
  8380 Kleinbettingen Steinfort
  Luxemburg

Further information will follow in due course. In the meantime, please review the explanatory note on the new KI-E articles of association and save the date of 12 October 2024 for this second Extraordinary General Assembly!
