The European Convention is just around the corner!

Whether you attend in person or online, it's imperative that you register, and if you're a voting delegate, make sure your club secretary has submitted the completed certificate of election for delegates and alternates.

As a reminder, you will be asked to elect a new KI-E vice president and a new KI trustee.

To the position of KI-E vice president:

• Piet Derks, from the Netherlands district
• Michel Tefnin, from the Belgium-Luxembourg district

To the position of KI trustee:

• Jon Fadri Huder, from the Switzerland-Liechtenstein district
• Josef-Peter Schachermayr, from the Austria district
  Note: Josef-Peter Schachermayr has just announced that he is withdrawing his candidacy so as not to compete with his friend Jon Fadri, but to support him in his new responsibilities as best he can.

You will also be asked, among other things, to confirm the KI-E president and KI-E president-elect; approve the accounts and vote on any amendments.

The House of Delegates will start at 14:00 GMT on Saturday 17 May, i.e. 16:00 in Brussels, Paris or Berlin. It will be 15:00 in the UK and 17:00 in Romania.

If you are unable to participate in person, feel free to join the House of Delegates online.
