Registration for the 58th European convention is now open!
As mentioned in the official call, the convention will take place in Akureyri, North Iceland, from 16 to 18 May 2025 at the Hof Convention Center.
Aside from the official program comprised of workshops, meeting the candidates and the House of Delegates, a series of optional activities will guide visitors through a landscape that breathes the atmosphere of the beginning of time!
Registration
Club members will need to register via the European registration web page exclusively. Please note that only clubs in good standing can present candidates and delegates to the convention. The deadline for clubs to be in good standing is 20 April 2025. Online registration will close on 1 May 2025.
Certification of club delegates
Club delegates who will take part in the voting during the House of Delegates need to be reported by the club secretary making use of the certificate of election for delegates and alternates. The duly completed certificate needs to be submitted (electronically) no later than 20 April 2025.
