Dear Kiwanis Members,
Luxembourg has recently adopted a new law on non-profit associations (A.s.b.l.), which also applies to KI-E as it is registered in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. We therefore need to significantly modify our Articles of Association and need to convene a Special Convention.
Consequently, on behalf of KI-E President Josy Glatigny, I'm pleased to invite you to the European Special Convention, which will be held in-person at Parc Hotel Alvisse on Sunday 19 May 2024 at 14:10 hours.
During the House of Delegates at this Special Convention, we will be asking you to vote on the new KI-E Articles of Association as proposed by the KI-E Board.
If you have already registered for the 57th European Convention, you do not need to complete a new registration form. The same applies to the certificate of election.
If you have not yet registered, please complete the registration form (common for both conventions). If you are a voting delegate, please ask your club secretary to submit the certificate of election for delegates and alternates.
Please remember that each participant must register for the convention, whether or not they are voting delegates. Completion and submission of the election certificate does not constitute registration for the convention.
